Dieter le Noir Guyot

General Practitioner by UNAM, he has studied Integrated Medicine in the US, India and Germany, as well as Anthroposophic Medicine and Biodynamic Agriculture in Switzerland. Since 1998, he has made efforts to link the health of the soil to that of humans through his practice as a physician and his cultivation of medicinal plants. Co-founder of FLOR DE LA PAZ I.A.P., organization devoted to developing sustainable social projects in rural communities in the surrounding area of Valle de Bravo, Mexico. Mainly focused on improving health, agriculture and education in order to drive healthy practices between human beings and their environment.

Dieter has devoted his life to supporting vulnerable communities around the world, which has made him aware of society’s real needs, as well as of current ecological problems. Thus, his mission is boosting, developing and working on sustainable projects that help raise awareness and produce a positive effect on society and the world.

María Rojas Velasco

She has studied Law at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, and she has received Diplomas in Finance and Accounting. She has boosted several social projects focused on sustainable common welfare, through which she has helped rural communities by allowing inhabitants access to personal development, training, dignified employment, and social development.

Her vision is to continue working on the growth of projects throughout Mexico with the goal of producing positive changes in our society, as well as an ecological awareness that contributes to the conservation of the planet and human wellbeing.

Georgina Rojas Aboumrad

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration by Anahuac University in Mexico. She collaborates as general adviser in strategic and human resources administration. Her goal is continuous improvement, in order to reach the highest quality in all we do and offer.

She thinks it is important to consolidate all the sustainable social projects as success cases that can later be repeated in other areas of the country in order to support more communities.

Luis Enrique Pardo Estrada

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law by the Ibero-American University in Mexico, and a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship by the Hult International Business School in San Francisco, California.

He is the director of FLOR DE LA PAZ. He is an experienced businessman and has dedicated most of his career to driving social projects, with which he has impacted society positively.

Within FLOR DE LA PAZ, his vision is creating a sustainable economy while protecting natural resources, as well as guaranteeing prosperity and development with a high quality of life for current and future generations.
